Together, we identify what healing looks like for you, what "better" means in your day-to-day life, and the transformation you want to experience.
3. A Tailored, Integrative Plan
I pull from various modalities, tools, assessments, and therapeutic techniques—customized to your personality, history, and needs. You won't get cookie-cutter treatment. You'll get what works for your unique blueprint.
